Here's a beautiful example of one of the most legendary flat tops ever, the Martin D-18.
Mostly all original for the exception of a replaced nut and strap button.
Fingerboard remains in great shape with some light wear in the cowboy chord region. Frets still have lots of life in them.
We fixed a couple slightly loose braces inside of the body.
The saddle is low - so it will need a neck set one day - but by the trusted advice from our tech and another local Martin expert, we will leave it be.
Action is low and plays like a dream. One of the nicest sounding acoustics that has ever been through here, hands down.
